We really enjoyed our stay at Fiesta Ocean! It’s the perfect place to relax by the beach while also being close enough to explore beautiful and historic St. Augustine. The property is not new, but it is very well maintained, peaceful, and quiet. Parking and a good breakfast are included, and breakfast is delivered at the time you request. The beach access is absolutely unbeatable! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. A wonderful place to enjoy the ocean, relax, and have a peaceful vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

La Fiesta is older than most, but excellently maintained. It was a nice spacious room and very clean. The swimming pool was awesome. Beach access from the property and mini golf next door. Excellent location.

I really loved staying a week at this mom-and-pop motel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a king room, and it was very comfortable. The fridge and microwave came in handy for leftovers from the wonderful restaurants nearby, and there were grocery stores where I picked up fresh fruit. It's a very short walk down a private walkway to the pristine white sand beach. The property is beautifully manicured with tropical plants, and I took advantage of the large outdoor pool. Breakfast is simple, but there are options, and it is delivered to your door each morning at the time you request.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, but could use some better pillows. The staff was all extremely nice and accommodating. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but a lot better when it wasn't during the hottest part of the day. Location is perfect if you are staying to go see a concert at the amphitheater. The free breakfast is mediocre.

The room was very clean at check in, and the location was fantastic. The beds were fairly comfortable. The breakfast delivery in the morning was also a nice touch. We were 2 adults traveling for a girls trip, so eating in the room each morning was comfortable. If I had been traveling with my family, it would have been a little awkward since there is only a table for 2 in the room. Our first night was very quiet, but that seemed to only be because the weekend travelers hadn't arrived yet. Once more people checked it, it got every loud. We were woken up around 5am 2 days in a row because of noise on the 2nd floor. Housekeeping was another issue. We were asked each morning if we wanted housekeeping, said yes, and, other than a few towels being dropped off on one of the beds on day 2, never got housekeeping.
