Enjoyed our 1 nite stay. Pulled up to the inn,checked in, dropped bags then drove to the parking lot 1 short blk away. Room had spa tub & a comfy bed..great location for on foot sight-seeing. Breakfast for us was very good; other reviews said continental breakfast during the winter,but we had eggs Benedict, salad & were soo stuffed..skipped dessert!

From the moment I stepped into the office, Ryan greeted me, got me registered and into my room very efficiently. He was very good with directions and suggestions in the area. The room was great! Very clean, the bed was comfortable and perfect for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding!!!! Highly recommend the Inn, will definitely be back.

Everything about the Spanish street Inn was nice, clean and had a warm ambiance to it. The owner and his staff were all nice and friendly. The owner has good taste in decorating the entire property, and was so humble and kind while we stayed over at the room Orchid for three nights during the New year's. There was a small hiccup where our door didn't unlock, however he came to have it fixed and made sure we were okay. Also, the breakfast were beautifully served. The property sits in the middle of the historic downtown, walkable, is a perfect spot and the people admire how quaint and charming it is. We will definitely come back!

This is a Bed & Breakfast in a great location for historic St. Augustine. The hosts were friendly, responsive to questions. Breakfast was amazing! Bed was so comfortable! Will definitely book here again!

This is a delightful historic property right in the heart of downtown. The breakfast was delicious, the room spotless and clean, and the host Ryan was amazing. I would stay here again. Oh, and the bed was very comfortable. Only slight setback was the ac was central and got a bit warm at times. Overall, an excellent spot to stay! Highly recommend.
