"Our group of 15 high-school girlfriends, celebrating our 65th birthdays, found this beach home perfect in every way. The space is so thoughtfully laid out that even our large group had plenty of room to spread out, from the decks and game room, to the heated pool and beach. We spent a great deal of time in the expansive 3rd-floor kitchen/living area. The kitchen is a dream for large groups - well-appointed with enough dinnerware for a crowd, plus all the essentials like spices, oils, foil, soaps and liners. We put the 3 refrigerators/ice makers (and wine fridge) to great use and the massive dining tables were a highlight, accommodating our group at just one table for meals.Logistically, this house made everything easy. The elevator made loading and unloading gear across the 3 floors a breeze, and having 3 washer/dryers was a game-changer for a group our size. Everyone commented on how comfortable the bedrooms and mattresses were, and the quality of the linens and bath towels was top-notch.When we weren't enjoying the house, we loved the beach, visiting local restaurants, and taking a fun day trip into St. Augustine. Mostly, though, we just enjoyed being together—completing a 1000-piece puzzle, playing endless hands of Euchre, TV Night, and a lot of chatter.Communication with Kelly, our host, was seamless, making the entire experience stress-free. All-in-all, this was one of our most memorable trips, and we would not hesitate to stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Beautiful unit. This was our second year booking this unit. Mopping up the master bath floor was not on my agenda during my 10 day vacation stay. We feel this was not new news to management . We were very disappointed in the lack of response from itrip. We were lied to and the issue was never addressed / or fixed during our stay."

"This home was absolutely beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Our family of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home/kitchen is equipped with all you need and then some!! Majority of the rooms had King beds with en Suites and tv's which is a game changer with a larger group and all the beds were comfy! We had some rainy weather the first few days, but the game room and hot tub provided much entertainment for our grandchildren! And finally the sun came out and we were able to take advantage of the white sandy beach and relaxing time by pool/hottub! We even had the pleasure of being welcomed by one of your property Turtles! The kids really enjoyed that. They looked for him everyday! And always, St. Augustine never disappoints. Such a beautiful Ole City! Downtown, St. George Street, is always a nice stroll and the kids really love the alligator farm.__The management group was great to work with and accommodated all of our needs. They couldn't have been nicer! It was a wonderful family vacation and I highly recommend this home and rental company!"

"We loved our stay at Sea Horse Haven! It was so close to Matanzas Inlet and the beach and we walked to both every day. It was also VERY pet-friendly - we could let the dogs run free outside without having to worry about them at all since the entire property is double-gated. Decor was adorable, and house had everything we needed. Short easy drive to both the great restaurants and entertainment of St. Augustine as well as shopping and beaches in the Hammock areas south of the rental. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay here and the house was beautiful. There is an ocean view from the upper balconies. Our only negative was the shower pressure in all bathrooms…I ended up having to take a bath to wash sand off of me."
