"The staff were incredibly nice, letting us check in our bags 2 hours prior and even after the check out, let us store our bags for 5 hours as we stroll around flushing. The beds were soft and clean as well for the bathroom. Breakfast was a standard less menu option however they're dumplings they served was delicious. Great stay and would 100% come back if fate allows it"

"The WIFI wasn't that great but the AC/Heater worked perfectly. We heard loud music playing from 2 other rooms on our floor. The location was close to the metro north and subway and there are lots of restaurant to choose from."

He was stoic and came across as cold, unfriendly, and disengaged. First impressions matter, and this was not a good one. In contrast, the housekeeping staff were helpful, courteous, and professional, which was the only positive aspect of my stay."
