"Highly walkable location to nearby mall, museums and theatre. Front desk, housekeeping, concierges, dining room staff all superb, so helpful and thoughtful! The massage and Secrets of the Chateau Laurier Tour were both excellent. A fabulous getaway weekend!"

"Pool and hot tub were under maintenance which was disappointing. Also our thermostat was broken and the room wouldn’t cool down with any regularity. The property was great and in great shape. Staff was great. You do have to pay for parking and breakfast though."

"Unsure...THE HILTON HOTEL cancelled reservations for 4 nights as a no show first night when stuck in the air en route on a plane. Trying calling hotel when landing in another city to advise. No one answered the phone. When I spoke to the manager the next morning, I learned they had cancelled entire stay, told me my paid room was gone and to contact expedia. They offered absolutely no help on the matter and they were going to keep the entire paid amount when we were proceeding to this HILTON HOTEL!!!"
