The only downside was the noise from the nearby highway, but the staff was quick to help and kindly switched our room, which made our stay much more comfortable. "My wife and I recently went to Kelowna for a wedding. This hotel was recommended to us by the bride. Although we checked out other options I am happy we spent our long weekend here. We enjoy a suite on the main floor by the courtyard. The room was quiet and comfortable. My only complaint would be about the lighting in the rooms. They are kind of dim. We kept the curtains closed for privacy reasons and the electric bulbs in the room were not enough to brighten the place up. I would suggest putting privacy film on the windows which would allow for the curtains to stay open and more light to reach the rooms. I spent a bit of time in both the pool and the hot tub and enjoyed them immensely. The staff at the front desk were very polite, professional and efficient. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the city. "
