"Thought it strange no soap dish. Coffee maker very poor, unusual type and could only use coffee supplied. TV difficult to use. Thought instructions would be appreciated for TV and clock/alarm."

"Fantastic location and very friendly staff, but the building has areas that are in dire need of repair. We’ve been coming here for eight years a couple times a year and her expectations are low, particularly for how well the kitchen is stocked for those who want to do their own cooking. The kitchen was missing a number of items that are essential for cooking. For past experience, I know to bring my own cutting board knives because you have a better chance of cutting through something with your finger than with the knives they provide however, this time there were no bowls, no ladle no large spoons and the list goes on and on."

"Restaurant Twelve50 was good. Server over the weekend of April 9 to 12th was excellent and the Bannock Eggs Benny was amazing. Room was ok. I had 2 queen Kitchenette kitchen which had no pots or fry pan and kitchen was only a mini bar fridge that did not do well w keeping things atbsafe food temp. "

"Booked a suite and upon arrival found that the toilet seat hadn't been properly cleaned from the previous guest as there was some residual bodily fluids on and under the seat. Superb breakfast as always, well stocked and maintained even with a whole group of U18 baseball players staying. Beds were comfy. Front staff was very helpful."

"I always stay at the Coast Capri Hotel whenever I’m in Kelowna, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient — close to everything you need, with easy access to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. It’s just an easy, reliable place to stay every time. It may not be ultra-modern, but it’s well maintained and great value for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will definitely keep coming back!"

"Our room experienced an issue on the first night, but the staff promptly arranged a room change the following day, which we appreciated. The property itself is pleasant and very quiet, offering a comfortable environment for rest. However, the hotel would benefit from more thorough cleaning, particularly removing cobwebs and improving the upkeep of the pool area. Breakfast was somewhat limited, with only eggs and sausage as hot options, so we opted for the available cereals instead."

"This place is rustic and beautiful. If you are in a lower room in the cabin expect to hear everything upstairs and the floors are extremely creaky. Hot tub was nice and change house was clean and stocked with towels."

"The place was economical, but it was not as clean as we were expecting. The room was nice and decent and clean, but I believe some rooms need an upgrade. There was a chemical smell in the lobby that was very strong when we arrived, but it had dissipated by the evening."
