For a sandman it lacks the Branding and expectations. It’s worn out and smelly and rooms have not been well maintained. Bathroom is rough with cracks and yellow stains in the tub. Needs a deep clean and a refresh

The facility was quiet for the night, however the air conditioner was so loud my husband was unable to sleep. Our room did have a kitchenette which we did not expect but did find helpful. There was garbage in the kitchenette waste bin from the previous occupant, and while the sheets appeared clean, the pillow placement did not look like a freshly made bed. Staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly. The pool facility looked nice but we did not have opportunity to use it.

We stayed for 3 days in a one bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean. The furniture could use an upgrade though. The staff was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the adults only pool and poolside service. We also dined at Eldorado pub for happy hour and they were very accommodating with my food allergy requirements. We didn’t use the gym or require laundry service. Overall a great stay and a good location. We would stay here again. Thanks D

"The room was very spacious and clean. However, since the renovation and under the new hotel name, they changed something pretty significant. You can no longer open the windows. Not only is this a safety issue but, I personally like to breathe in fresh air and not be stuffed up and have a dry throat. ..."
