We are sorry you didn't have a pleasant experience. Please notify the office immediately so we can address your concerns. We could have moved you to another room that you could have had a better experience. The room you had is our original rooms which back in the day were designed that way. We do not what to change the uniqueness of Heidi's as many of our guests love that. We do have other rooms with a more modern bathroom. In future, please ask for the buildings in the back if available.

I am sorry we didn't meet all your expectations. We would have liked to have known what we could have done to make your stay more enjoyable.

Thank you for your review. So everyone knows why the low score, you signed the no smoking section and proceeded to smoke in the room. There is a 200.00 fee if you smoke and you were unhappy we were charging you, BUT your credit card declined! The guests here appreciate the "All Non-Smoking rooms"

We do apologize for the extra critters in your room. This is the season where they try and take shelter and we do our best to avoid this. We are set on 30 acres and are pet friendly so we have to be mindful of the animals on the property as far as pest control. Hope you have a great Thanksgiving and rest of your holidays :)

Thank you for your feedback. Yes the shuttle is 20/person for a round trip. That is much more cost effective versus a DWI.We do provide this service so you can have a safe and relaxing experience. We do offer a 20.00 discount off the room when booking directly thru us. So that does offset the shuttle cost. Hope to see you in the future :)
