All in all the place was as described. It was in a nice neighborhood. My family enjoyed their stay and we had plenty of room to celebrate. We wished we could have got in a little sooner and got out a little later, but we got ourselves up and out on time. Bathrooms could use some updating.

Great House!
We booked this house on a whim and would definitely book again. Plenty of space especially if you are traveling with kids as there are three levels to spread out. The back deck could use some TLC but we didn't spend much time back there so it didn't impact our stay. We did find a sports bra that wasn't ours in the basement couch which wasn't ideal but I'm sure things like that are easy to happen on occasion. Our group was very pleased overall!

Wonderful home away from home
Our first impression was bright and clean. Casual yet beautifully decorated. Lots of space. Few things could be updated but overall, it was our home away from home. Everyone in the family enjoyed our vacation and enjoyed our stay! Thank you Del Mar!

Wedding weekend
We had a family wedding to attend and with 8 adults and 2 infants we needed lots of room and bathrooms. The house didn't disappoint. Plenty of room, great space in the finished cellar, easy location to get to where we needed to be.

Beautiful, Cozy Home + Perfect for family trip!
First time visiting cape cod and I enjoyed my time here. We had 9 guests and a dog and the home was the perfect size. The house itself has amazing sunlight and indoor/outdoor space. We got a ton of use of the backyard, grilled and enjoyed eating outside with the nice May weather during Memorial Day weekend. There were also a great selection of games and ping pong which was well used and my family had a blast heading downstairs at night to hang out. I would definitely stay again!
