« J’ai trouvé l’hôtel globalement très bien sauf :
- dans les chambres le minimalisme est poussé un degré trop loin ( du café, des amenities, 2/3 attentions auraient été sympa)
- le service est vraiment en dessous … une attitude trop branchée pour être sympa. Je suis arrivée seule avec deux gros sacs que j’ai porte seule à ma chambre… soit … mais meme ouvrir la porte semblait être trop demander … à 3 reprises.
- le message de texto du check out est trop familier et peu welcome
- l’espace piscine...
