« Overall, we enjoyed this day, though it isn’t perfect. The area is safe and easy walking to the train and other places in the city. But the building itself is loud at night with mechanical noises and has lots of deferred maintenance like peeling paint from water damage and the door doesn’t seat very well. It was amazing to have the parking space for a car because we needed to drive out of town. But the car you bring needs to be small because the parking spaces are tight. »

« The accommodations were perfect at for our post Christmas family weekend get together! Two bedrooms and two very spacious bathrooms were perfect. The living room and kitchen had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The front door concierge was always super accommodating and friendly. I am very grateful For the help unloading my car when I arrived. The coffee station in the lobby was very convenient and much appreciated.It was our home away from home for the holidays. »

Guests are instructed not to speak with the building concierge, and the key fob must be retrieved from a lockbox attached to a chain-link fence outside the building. In winter conditions, this required squatting outside late at night to operate the lockbox.The apartment itself appears presentable at first glance, but furnishings are basic and not consistent with a “luxury” listing.
