Enjoy stunning views of the Boston Harbor and Boston skyline from the popular Piers Park, only a 5 minute walk away! Located in a safe neighborhood conveniently near Logan Airport, our is just one subway stop away from downtown Boston. You'll be within easy walking distance of public transportation options. The space Newly-renovated, 700 square foot, second floor unit (stair access only) with full kitchen and coffee bar 2 full sized beds and sofa bed Boston is one of America's oldest cities, and this apartment building has been around for quite some time. For this reason, the building exterior and hallways will feel older. The unit itself, however, has been updated. Guest access You'll have your own private unit with self check-in and self check-out for your convenience. Other things to note Free on-street parking available Spots tend to fill up later in the day. Parking in nearby lots can also be reserved. Please note that like most apartments in Boston, the apartment building is very old. The unit itself has been updated, but the hallway and exterior will have an older building feel. Also, like most apartments in the city, you may occasionally hear noises from the outside and from neighboring apartment units. We do provide ear plugs for this reason. We do not allow pets. Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Parties and large social gatherings are prohibited. It was hot during our stay, but there are room air conditioners in each room. The owners always responded quickly whenever I messaged them. It's located in a perfect location, especially if you are spending time near the harbor. We took an Uber from the airport because of our luggage, but it's only a couple miles away. It only takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the pier. When we wanted to go to downtown Boston, we simply walked to the ferry. It was only 2.40/person each way. We were leaving on a cruise out of Boston Harbor, so it was conveniently located near the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal.
