"Where to start! The staff is so friendly, tourist oriented, caring, funny, etc. It’s the perfect place to stay because you are only a few minutes away from Lac Louise, not too far from Banff and close to highways."

"Beautiful scenery. Buy breakfast, lunch, coffee etc at the plaza near the info centre. There’s good selection and much less expensive than the hotel. There are small fridges in the rooms. "

Situated in a quiet area close to the Chateau, the property has great atmosphere complemented by comfortable beds, great amenities, a nice kitchen, and the very nice touch of complimentary granola bars and oatmeal for breakfast. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait until we return. The front desk staff and the property owners went above and beyond when one of our friends had a skiing accident during the stay.
