The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6\. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Le logement était très propre. La propriété est très bien entretenue. Les points négatifs : un frigo très bruyant et des tarifs très élevés mais le gros avantage : on n'est qu'à 20 minutes à pieds du lac Louise et l'emplacement est donc idéal si l'objectif du séjour est de pouvoir aller randonner facilement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits.
