« Very nice lodge with a very special view. The location is unique and I felt very privileged to stay at this place. Breakfast and dinner were good. The staff do their best to accommodate the guests. I will definitely go back. »

« A pleasant hotel with a great location close to Lake Louise. However, the welcome we received was rather cold, which is not what I would expect from a Relais & Châteaux property. One particular lady, whose first name starts with a V and who wears glasses (I do not wish to engage in any form of name-shaming), could benefit from smiling a little more and showing a bit more interest when interacting with guests. « Le personnel était arrangeant et très aimable. Le logement était très propre. La propriété est très bien entretenue. Les points négatifs : un frigo très bruyant et des tarifs très élevés mais le gros avantage : on n'est qu'à 20 minutes à pieds du lac Louise et l'emplacement est donc idéal si l'objectif du séjour est de pouvoir aller randonner facilement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits. (Superior fairview suite) »

« Quiet place to get away from it all. No TV, internet is spotty (which keeps you off of it) and trails to walk to the river and look for wildlife. We were there in March 2024 and the snow was melting, the temp was 15 degrees C and the sun was out. I would go again. »
