"Great experience if you want to get to know new people. Nice sleeping area, though small because 6 beds in one room. Good waiting area. Nice built in bar.just don't use the kitchen."

"Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and organized. The complimentary breakfast was also appreciated. The only annoying thing was the bathroom in the dorm didn’t have any handryers or towels for some reason. "

"VERY rude staff. I purchased a room via debit card and when I got to the reception and showed them my receipt from online they told me they couldn’t accept debit cards and did not refund me for my rooms I already bought. They claimed they only accept credit cards however I bought a room there a week earlier with the same don’t card and they accepted it. The staff are on drugs, unstable, and constantly change their “ policy”stay away from this type of customer services. Still never got my refund...

"Great location and outstanding service."

"Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean. A few minor details though: a full length mirror would be nice, as there was just the one over the sink in the bathroom, and the toilet paper holder was really far from the toilet (at 5’5” I could barely reach it when sitting). Also, the restaurant was closed for renovations so we always had to go out to eat, and there was an odd smell in the lobby of our floor (but not in the room itself). This being said, I would still go back...

"Beautiful hotel and nice staff"

"We were there only 1 night would have liked to stay more but unfortunately were transiting thru Montreal. Location was excellent. 5 mins walk to central station and bus station. Lots of eateries within 1 minute walk. "
