However, this unit shows clear signs of heavy use and could really benefit from more thorough maintenance and greater attention to detail. « L'appartement est très bien placé, très agréable et très fonctionnel. La terrasse est un vrai plus (à chaque fois que nous avons pris nos repas à l'appartement, nous avons profité avec bonheur de cette terrasse). Réjean est un hôte exceptionnel, très à l'écoute, qui nous a donné tous les bons plans de son quartier et qui a toujours répondu très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. »
