The swim up pleasure suite room was amazing! Lovely decor, great view! The stay started off terribly when I arrived I was informed the swim out suite I had booked was not available and the front desk manager tried to downgrade me to a normal pleasure suite or send over to the family side of the resort. After I complained and refused these options, they miraculously for a swim up pleasure suite for me! Putting me through a lot of distress for no reason it seems, it was also up setting the Clive who was initially dealing with the issue didn’t come out and explain how he managed to find me the room, he sent someone else out instead. I really feel his customer was very poor in this instance!

Nice new property. Restaurants, bars and food were wonderful. Staff was very Friendly. Our butlers, Ms Julian, Mr. Questos and the GM Garth offered excellent service and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again for your excellent service.
