"The room was very clean but I think our floor was being renovated so floor was clean looking and smelled. The drainage in sink and shower was terrible also the walls were super thin and could hear everything in the rooms next door. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and a good variety. The staff was attentive when we had an issue and really appreciated that."

"Check in can be slightly confusing however you get the hang of it quickly. It was close to many amenities, a train away or a longer walk. The loft was cleaning than most however there was still dust and some crumbs left behind. Over all we were pleased with our stay even though very pricey for 3 nights"

Fairmont Chicago at Millennium Park

"I stayed at the Fairmont for my birthday and attended the BTS concert. All staff that we encountered from the bellmen outside, check in, cleaning staff were all friendly and always asked how our stay has been going. I met the director of the hotel in the elevator and he also introduced himself and if we needed anything, to mention him. 10/10 for all staff. Our room and bathroom were very clean upon arrival and spacious as well and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and had room to move around and get ready. I also loved the signature Le Labo scent for the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here the next time I’m in Chicago!"
