"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"This location is a bit up the mountain (I'm sure it is fantastic for skiing but we visited in August). As such, it is away from the nutty tourist centre and the views are fantastic. The local bus service is super efficient and a brilliant way to get to the top if you do not want to hike the slope up. The flat itself is spacious and bright. It was amenable to self-catering, and had excellent laundry facilities."

"Fantastic location, great views of the Eiger. Very convenient location - close to Grindwald Grund railway station, and the main terminal for two gondola rides. The home itself was very nice, 3 bedrooms and lots of room for everyone. Nicely appointed kitchen and a sauna in the basement area.Lovely yard and back patio area offers a relaxed outdoor seating area. Loved our stay and would highly recommend."

"Our son arrived on Sunday and we arrived on Monday!! Everything was perfect!! Excellent location! 5 minute walk to train station. Restaurants every block. Two balcony’s! "The apartment was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. "The location is perfect for connecting . We spent most of our time going to lake swim spots . Every thing you could dream of is a 10 -20 minute bus ride away . The buses run on time. We also found out from the tourist information that you have free bus passes available for any accommodation you stay at where you’re paying at tourist tax. "This was our second trip to this property and it was still great. Situated on the mountainside , in a small quiet cluster of properties, its only 5-10 minute drive to 2 gondolas accessing the ski slopes. The skiing was great. The property is very clean and comfortable. We hired both the house and apartment below, which has an indoor adjoining staircase. The children loved the bedrooms in the eaves.
