"Wonderful hotel in a great location in downtown Chicago. Valet service was excellent. Check in was excellent and received a free suite upgrade since our room wasn’t ready yet. So many activities were within walkable distances and public transportation was readily available. Restaurant was excellent and had a great happy hour between 4-6. Our room was spacious and included many amenities. Living room and bedroom were designed with places to sit or lay on the windowsills and we had a partial view of the Chicago River. Staff were friendly and helpful and made it a great weekend."

"I really enjoyed my stay here! One of the first things I noticed was how clean and well-kept everything was, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff was amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything I needed. I also really appreciated how convenient the location was. It made getting around so much easier. It's always nice to stay somewhere that feels comfortable and where you're treated well. I had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
