"Great hotel, beautiful decor, very friendly service. My only complaints are the low light level in the room and the lack ofa grab bar along the tub. Treacherous for older folks ."

"This is a lovely European-style hotel with quiet, comfortable rooms and a beautiful breakfast. Check-in was easy and courteous, though the front desk staff could have been more informative about breakfast and other amenities. Though it's not the hotel's fault, a sidewalk in front of the hotel would be appreciated for pedestrians."

"The property is walking distance to stores, restaurants etc. Heater in bathroom should be changed as it is all rusted! Floors were not washed I believe! Could need an uplift in the rooms! Reception was helpful! Could sit on the veranda which was nice! Was a quiet place! Minutes away from St. Jerome for shopping! "
