"Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was pretty basic. We chose this location because it had a pool. The pool was okay, good for kids, but it was small and kind of rowdy with no staff monitoring. People had food and drinks on the deck which caused a bit of a mess. The hot tub jets didn't work and the splashpad elements in the shallow part of the pool didn't work."

"The only thing I did not like, they would not cancel our reservation, because I had gone through Expedia. And Expedia was only giving me a voucher of but charging me a large cancelling fee, leaving me with not even half the price of room. Hotel was kind on upgrading my room, they say, but they would not budge and cancelling the reservation, even thow the hockey game in arena across them was postponed to a later date. We wanted to go back home to Gatineau."
