Despite promptly notifying the apartment management and demanding another apartment, they advised that no alternative apartments were available and in recognition of the inconvenience, the management promised a refund as a resolution, so we had to book and pay for another hotel for that night. The owner was very quick in a communication, otherwise is a no contact check-in. We’ve missed only a couple of more slippers and coffee mugs."

"All communications were prompt, polite, clear and helpful. The apartment is centrally located near Kalemagden Park. The tram stop, many bakeries, and supermarkets are a 5 mins walk. All Belgrade highlights are a 10-15 mins walk. The building is dated but the apartment is nice with a nice old times vibe. It is exactly as given in the photos. At our request, the owner arranged an early check-in for a nominal fee. The check-in and check-out was smooth with the keys kept in a safe next to the door....
