Great place!! Brand new, very clean, and the location is right next to some great food!! The room was amazing. Can’t say enough great things! Check in was smooth, wish we just knew that there would be contactless check in, in advance. We waiting for a few minutes outside the door before sending them a message. Other than that everything was amazing.

What a fantastic hotel apartment! Though I booked Block 59, I ended up in Block 57. The place was exceptionally clean—a fantastic place to stay. However, the girl at the front desk didn’t come across as very friendly, and that’s despite my efforts to speak Serbian. She didn’t allow us to check in early, so we had to wander around for a few hours. We returned 15 minutes before check-in, and she just looked at us. I asked where we could wait, and she said, 'Here, in the office.' The really friendly guy I met earlier told her to let us check in, and only then did she give me the key. During check-out, the same girl was all smiles, asking how our stay was. In my opinion, she had it the wrong way around—it’s clear she doesn’t like her job. Anyway, don’t let this review stop you from booking here, as it really is a lovely place

Good Location & Spacious for Family Accommodations

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—lots of stores within walking distance and nearby parks for the kids to enjoy. Although the property is still under construction, it didn't impact our experience much. Most importantly, our room was clean and spacious, and my young children absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend!

Luxury building and excellent, well designed and spacious studio. Managers are very friendly and helpful. However, amenities in the studio are pretty limited - minimal dishware in the kitchen, no microwave and coffee maker. Parking space is limited and the neighborhood is not so much attractive. But in total we enjoyed the stay.

Modern and fresh

Super nice apartment/room with friendly host. We stayed for five nights but they never cleaned once. The bed was very uncomfortable (hard) but over all a very pleasant hotel.

I'd like to fill a complaint against the property. They enjoy VIP status, but don't offer anything. Worse, they advertise of Egyptian cotton for their bedsheet, but it's not. Additionally, I barely fit in the bed. There's barely no space between the bed and the wall, so you've to crawl over your partner to leave the bedroom. The bathroom is also similarly badly designed. Last but not least, they managed to steal one of my pairs of shoes while we were absent. Worst experience ever, and I definitely travel a lot!

Die Unterkunft in Zemun, Belgrad, war in Ordnung. Das Gebäude war gepflegt und unser Zimmer sauber und komfortabel. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage im Inneren der Unterkunft. Allerdings befindet sich die Umgebung größtenteils von sozialen Bauten, was den Eindruck etwas beeinflusst hat.
