The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great too. The place is a lovely base to explore the area and the views were breathtaking.

This is a great hotel to stay in... close to but not in Bath. Its old world charm is lovely, with high ceilings (and the occasional wonky floor!). Leave the car at the hotel and take the bus from the river bridge into Bath. Dining options are excellent with a buffet-style full English breakfast and a range of dinner options.

We booked this hotel and our money was taken But then we got a call from the hotel stating they couldn’t take the wheelchair and it was late then and we had no where to go how dangerous

Friendly staff and a quiet location made for a wonderful short stay. The breakfast was amazing and would definitely recommend to friends and will certainly return.
