« Séjour de deux jours dans cet hotel Ibis, à l'écart de la ville. Pas de transport à moins de 15 mn à pied d'un arrêt de bus, après avoir traversé un parc de nuit. Le personnel à l'accueil est simplement là. Nous avons pris le repas du soir et avons attendu 45 mn que l'on nous porte nos plats qui étaient bons. Mais l'agent d'accueil était attentiste, pas de mot sympathique. Nous avons été réveillé par l'alarme incendie à 3 h du matin. Aucune excuse de la part du personnel qui n'y était pour rien....

« Pas calme à cause des voitures sur l’autoroute à côté,.trop bruyant. Le parking est vraiment cher aussi -+£10/jour (-+12€/j). Le métro Barking station est à +-15 minutes de marche et il y a un bus aussi à +- 7 minutes à pied.Attention pendant l’été,il fait extrêmement chaud,pas de climatisation dans la chambre juste un ventilateur fourni. Je trouve que les prix de chambres sont très chers vue l’emplacement de l’hôtel. »

"The staff was incredibly nice. Special mentions to Jameela (spelling might be off) for being incredible and arranging super smooth early check-in, and to Sodiq for all his help and kindness. Everyone here does their best to help you and arrange what you need. The location is also hard to beat: 1 min away from High Street Kensington, which is both a station on the circle and district lines, and a street full of good restaurants (Yashin is pretty top notch) "
