« The apartment is ideally located, 100m from Covent Garden Market and close to a bunch of restaurants (of any kind), pubs and shops (from market stalls to high-end fashion brands). The amenities are really complete (there even is a dishwasher and a washing machine) and allow for a very comfortable stay (special mention for the walk-in shower, which I found really nice and powerful enough). Nothing is without fault of course. Two points to notice (which prevent the 5 stars): 1) The surroundings...

« The location is as good as it gets, tons to do in the area and lots of transportation options to get anywhere in London easily. The house is comfortable and an excellent value, for this size and location you won’t find anything close to this value. "Nous avons aimé la chambre et le petit déjeuner cependant notre séjour a été décevant. Le personnel à l’accueil n’était pas très aimable. Le jour de noël la piscine était bondé de monde et l’accès nous a donc été refusé (peut être qu’un système de réservation ce jour là aurait été nécessaire). Nous y sommes allées le lendemain mais l’eau était très froide et le jacuzzi était fermé. Enfin un membre du personnel a interdit à une amie de prendre des photos avec le sapin de noël qui se situait dans le hall de l’hôtel. Les femmes de ménage et le personnel de restauration sont très respectueux, cependant le prix des prestations nous semble très élevé par rapport aux services. "
