"Always happy to stay at the Shangri-La. I stay at a lot of hotels around the world and this place has been top of my list for many years. Staff are professional and courteous and the rooms immaculate plus views to die for. Probably the best breakfast spread too. Am looking forward to my next visit in a couple of months time."

"Beautifully furnished rooms, luxurious stay, convenient for public transport. Felt the breakfast was a bit lacking, cereals in jars on shelves which was awkward to access. Would have appreciated a greater variety of fresh fruit and nuts. Apart from that we loved our stay and would return."

"Stayed in their Executive Suites with king bed and pullout couch, overall stay was good with the exception of the bed. Both mattresses were “lumpy/bumpy”. My work colleagues had the same issues with their bed mattress. After a long day, would’ve liked to rest in a more comfortable bed."
