"The property was well maintained considering they just had a cat 5 hurricane last year but I enjoyed my stay shavardo, Mellissa and Romayo were absolutely amazing with their hospitality and going out of their way to make sure our stay was top notch"

"My husband and I stayed for five days, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. I really liked that breakfast was provided every morning. One issue we had was that after the first morning, we didn’t have enough supplies in the room to make tea or coffee. However, once I brought it to their attention, they quickly corrected the issue and gave us extra supplies, which I really appreciated. The pool area was clean, and the hot tub was great 👍. Our room was clean, although I do think it could have been a little tidier—but I may be a little more critical because I used to be a professional housekeeper 😂. My biggest concern was the check-in process. Check-in time is 3 PM, and we arrived around 8:30 PM, but our room was not ready. The office was already closed, so a staff member had to check us in outside on the property in an area that was not secluded or private. I was very concerned for the staff member’s safety, and honestly, it still bothers me to this day. I really hope management considers a safer after-hours check-in process for their employees. With that being said, the staff did address our concerns when we brought them up, and yes, my husband and I would stay here again. 👍"

"This resort serves as a training facility for students in the hospitality industry and what a fantastic job! The staff was amazing, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable. A hearty Jamaican cuisine is served for breakfast. The pastries are fantastic! Not overly sweet and extremely tasty. The pool is clean and well maintained. However, the rooms are a bit dated and there is no entertainment. If you expect a high-end international experience this may not be your best option, but if you’re interested in experiencing an authentic Jamaican interaction, consider visiting. It’s always heartwarming to know that I am able to contribute to the advancement of the Jamaican community and get such a positive experience in return. A win win situation! In general, it was a good experience and I intend to return."
