"The Couples Tower Isle Resort is a beautiful all-inclusive resort. We enjoyed the food, the amenities, the entertainment and Tower Isle! Our first experience in the nude…and there was NOTHING to be embarrassed or shy about! The other guests, staff and bartender made us feel comfortable being in our skin. My husband purchased a dinner on the Isle for our 32nd Anniversary and it was AMAZING!! The food was delicious and plentiful, the chef made each course perfect, our waitress was very attentive and AWESOME even though that was a double shift for her, and she made us feel comfortable being on the island alone, along with the security guard. It was our BEST vacation yet! We will definitely be back!!"

"On arrival I was initially a bit disappointed as the hotel looked 'old style'. We live in Jamaica and have stayed at many 4* hotels. Unfortunately, our perennial experience and complaint is poor customer service. However this is not the case at Jewel which from arrival at reception and throughout, we were very impressed with the courteous and helpful staff, quality of the food which was presented well and hot food served hot. The Jewel Hotel stood out as excellent for customer service. Our rooms were very clean and stocked each day. The grounds of the hotel were lovely with various places to sit quietly. The entertainment was good particularly on our first night (knife throwing/fire-eater and beach singer). Our stay was part of a treat for our grandson celebrating his birthday. The cake was pricey - but was baked to perfection and presented very well, by staff on the night who added to the special evening. We also took a ride on the glass bottom boat and the captain was good humoured, courteous and informative. Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend and visit again. "

"The room is big, balcony ocean view is perfect. Ac is cold, bed was nice. The Jamaican food is fabulous, I’d go again just to eat more. I’d call this place an excellent value for the cost."

"This property was amazing, the views are breathtaking, the staff was beyond amazing. The spa staff, went above and beyond to take care of us. The room service and housekeeping staff were so friendly, prompt and professional. The food was always delicious with plenty of choices for every taste. The smiles and cheer that all of the staff shared with us made our stay so very enjoyable. The only drawback to the property are the stairs, the property is built on the hillside so be ready, however they have a driver available all day to transport the guest around if you do not want to walk. We will most definitely return to the property. "
