Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet was great at breakfast and good at dinner. Chicken jerk shack by the pool was delicious. Maid service was spot on and very friendly, only thing lacking was the amount of bottled water in the room. Had to ask for extra water every day as I drink a lot. Showers we always hot and plenty of pressure. Bed was firm and sheets clean and soft. The down side was the pillows were not the best, and the A/C was hard to figure out, so either cold and blasting or off and stuffy.
