"This lovely home features living areas and decks that are bigger and better than depicted in the photos. The lower deck offers shade in the morning and the upper deck was perfect for sunset/evening. Close proximity to major shopping yet situated in a well-established, quiet neighborhood perfect for strolling. The nearby beaches are low key and peaceful. Would absolutely book this home again."

"Found this to be a great property to stay at. Perfect location, nice layout for spending time with family. Good view of ocean waves from balcony. Lots of extras good for staying with kids if you have them. Stairway carpets have some stains but that's only a minor flaw. Otherwise quite clean. Backyard was very useable with only a few stickers which didn't seem to get stuck in my dog's paws."

"As soon as you walk in the filthy and stained carpets are hard to miss. The kids walked barefoot on the hardwood floors for 15 mins and their feet were black, after that we made them wear shoes the entire time, even in pajamas. 1 bed was missing sheets and pillow case , we called and texted customer service they said the crews were done for the day and we would get sheets at some point the next day (monday) . We found a trash bag full of dirty sheets and towels in one of the closets. The washer machine DOESN’T WORK, the outlet is broken and the washer keeps shorting out so it would fill with water and then cut off. We found old towels still on the towel bars, someone’s under wear under a dresser, vents covered in dust. We brought all this to the attention of some one from the cleaning crew that dropped off our sheets (monday) he explained the house only gets deep cleaned once a year which consists of dusting fans and vents and moving furniture.. but that didn’t explain the dirty towels and sheets and filthy floor, we asked for someone to clean the common area (kitchen and living room) which we were promised after speaking to the manager.. by Wednesday we haven't heard from or seen anyone. We reached out to the manager again only asking for a cleaning fee refund . The manager was very reluctant and insisted they needed to talk to the cleaning crew even though we sent a lot of pix , the manager eventually agreed to $287 refund which we have not received yet. Pool was nice."

"Was a great location next to beach and beach access restaurants shops etc but had separate 1 bedroom lock off apartment from street that was not provided and only had three bedrooms available not 4 as listed. Bedding fixtures bathrooms all dated and worn."
