We have had a couple of requests/accommodations over our stays and she totally made it happen when she didn't NEED to...she's just awesome like that! The cleanliness of the house was great. Location is perfect. Everything in the house worked just fine (tv, appliances, hot water, etc.) My family can't wait to put this house on our calendar for the 2024 season! »

« This was our second visit and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time. Unfortunately there were no dolphin sightings but that was the only disappointment and was nothing to do with the home. Due to outside temperatures we had to fuss with the thermostat quite a bit, Vickie was fantastic with responding to our inquiries. »

« This place was absolutely perfect. It's located on a very quiet, peaceful loop - no noise from cars racing up and down Rt 12. The décor was lovely and relaxing. You're provided a pass to Southern Shores locations on the Sound and one which provides beach access. The owners were quick to respond to all my questions. « Our family had a great time during our fall getaway. We loved the heated pool and hot tub on cool nights, star gazing from the rooftop deck, and taking the golf cart to the beach. The home is immaculate. The layout and all the deck space were great for spreading out. We had amazing experiences at both Jockey's Ridge and the lighthouse in Corolla and enjoyed eating and shopping at the Duck boardwalk. »

« We had the best time - family get together, house was perfect tons of out door decks and spaces to gather, comfortable bedrooms. Pool not open yet but we knew that going in April - will be back for sure !! »

Also, the beach closet was well stocked when we were there. We probably didn’t need to bring anything for the pool or beach since everything you needed was in there. Will visit again ❤️ »

« Sea forever is a beautiful home and very spacious. We were five in total, and we were not on top of each other and had room to spread out. My boyfriend and I had the entire top floor to ourselves, apart for when we gathered to prepare meals and eat. The kitchen was stocked with essential items needed for our stay. The property is a few minutes from the beach and the hosts made every effort to inform guests on places to eat, how to get to the beach, and other helpful tips. We had small issues...

« They so s a nice house with a smart layout. Very clean considering it is pet friendly. Sure some things could use a little updating but overall is in great shape and an awesome location just off the beach. Beach chairs and toys included made packing easier, the kitchen had tons of pots and dishes, way more than we have at home. Highly recommend if you're ok with a comfy home rather a modern brand new option. »

« The home was extremely clean and comfortable. Very quick access to the beach… walkable less than a quarter mile to public access. Multiple grocery stores within a couple minutes… and easy access to restaurants, putt putt, ice cream, and WRV surf shop right across the street. »

« The house is at a great location, close to the beach and halfway between Duck and Kitty Hawk, so with great access to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The screened-in porch is also great. We were comfortable in the house, which was very quiet and peaceful—a relaxing getaway for our whole family and our dog. The owner was very responsive. One tip: bring your own paper products. »

« We spent two nights here. It was off the main road and had amazing access to the sound on the west side of the OBX, which made for some great sunsets! Aside from sleeping we didn't necessarily spend a lot of time in the apartment, but it worked out great for my wife and I. One perk, free coffee at the Outer Bean for guests :) The price was right and the location was just fine. »

« Was a beautiful home. Definitely get a workout with the stairs to each level but it was wonderful. The stuff provided for the beach and bikes was wonderful. The community pool and people there were very friendly. Convenient to grocery store. Was a great time can't wait to book next year!! »
