« Property is as described. Living area is on the 3rd floor & deck has an ocean view. About a 5 minute walk to the beach - which was never very crowded. Also quite a few restaurants walkable where food is very good. Lots of chairs, etc for the beach including carts. Kitty Hawk’s proximity to sights of interest a bonus. « This house was a perfect find in Duck for a couple families with small kids. The bedroom and bathroom situation worked well, property was clean, and location was great. Two things really stood out tho. First, when the property listing says the kitchen is well stocked, it's not an exaggeration. There are plenty of pans, utensils, even a pitcher. Everything is super clean too. But the best was the communication from the host- responsive and helpful at every turn. Thanks for the great stay! »

« The location was ideal. We loved walking in the quiet neighborhood. The house was so nice. We loved that some could stay up and play air hockey on the ground floor while others were sleeping or relaxing upstairs. We made some wonderful family memories. The kite light show at Jockey’s Ridge was awesome! »

« We had a wonderful stay- our house was conductive for the amount of people. Very spacious. However, there were many inconveniences that could easily be addressed for a minor cost. We found nails by the hot tub areas. Found in sand of volleyball court as well. Majority of outlets are loose and unusable in house and pool area. One outlet loose and exposed from floor in upstairs living space. Not near an adequate amount of utensils - but nice it had two dishwashers. Very disorganized kitchen - top...
