This thoughtfully designed home is perfect for your next Outer Banks vacation! From Pac Man Arcade Game, to a Shuffleboard, to the Private Pool, there is plenty of fun for all members of your family. The chef in the group will be thrilled with the beautiful kitchen, boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. After a long day at the beach, relax on the glass-panel deck that allows for spectacular ocean views. With a refrigerator on all floors, it is easy to have a cold drink in your hand at all times.
Everybody Loves... Sand, Sun & Fun has a great fenced yard that is perfect for groups with younger aged children, and hosts a great spot for all of the outdoor fun your family can handle. Invite everyone outside for some corn hole, relaxing by the fire pit in the lounge area, and dinner in the newly renovated grilling area featuring a park-style grill, while the children splash around in the pool and play on the yard swings. Rinse off from a trip to the beach in the newly enclosed outdoor shower.

Excellent location; property with great amenities

We’ve stayed at this property before and it is amazing! Great location; fantastic amenities (every kitchen gadget you might need, pool, arcade game, cornhole, grill, etc). I highly recommend and will probably book again in the future. Fantastic choice for families with grown kids.

Wonderful experience

My wife and I are neat freaks, and we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the home not to mention how beautiful it was. This never felt like a Beach vacation home that was being abused week by week. We intended to go to the beach often but we actually found staying in the house and going to the pool was even more enjoyable. We had every single thing we needed.

Vacation Ready

Great floor plan for one family & two sets of grandparents. Driveway parking for three vehicles. Kitchen is fully outfitted, seriously, everything! Eating area seats eight very comfortably (note: high-top configuration). Minibar fridges & coffeemakers on the other two floors. Great views of the beach and ocean from upper floors. Games to play indoors and out, books to read, videos to watch. The back yard is really nicely appointed (pool, plush grass, sitting area with fire table). The pool is positioned in the late afternoon shadow of the house, perfect for really hot weather. Dual zone A/C worked great. The owners were very welcoming, very good about direct communication via txt.

Fun backyard made our week!

The house was just as described. Clean and very well stocked. View of ocean between houses allowed us to watch dolphins in the morning and here the crashing waves all day. Lots of beach stuff!!!! Chairs, wagons, skim boards, and umbrellas provided. Owners was wonderful when I co tasted about an issue and immediately took care of it! Would stay again 100%!

Amazing house very close to beach!

Great house! Very clean, owners were always available and ready to assist with anything we needed. They have everything you need for a day at the beach or if you wanted to just relax in the backyard. Would definitely recommend this house! Great experience!

Great House and Easy walk to Beach Access!

The process to rent was flawless. The house was exactly as described ! All the amenities list were actually there for our use! I can’t say enough good things about the house- met the owners and they answered all our questions and responded quickly Thank you Leanne and Marty for the completely furnished and beautiful home for our family vacation. Beach access was 1 1/2 blocks from the beach- so easy and convient. The pool was great, fire pit and patio area were so relaxing. Don’t hesitate to rent this great house. There are three levels and each had a view of the ocean. It really is as you see in the pictures. The owners have gone above the standards and this is truly a great vacation home.

FANTASTIC STAY!

Our family enjoyed our week tremendously! The owners are wonderful and the house is beautiful. I can't say enough good things! The owners have thought of everything and all of the extras that were provided was a welcome surprise. The beach is a short walk from the house but with the pool and games provided, we were content to spend most of our time in the backyard.

Surpassed every expectation!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this property and the owners. The house was spotless upon arrival, equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need! With 2 young kids, the backyard area far exceeded any other rental we’ve stayed in. My kids absolutely loved the swings- when they were tired of swimming, they could swing or run around the grassy yard with a ball or toys! Bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept and spacious. I love that every room has a private bathroom. The decks are a great place to watch the sunrise/sunset and the telescope was an awesome addition! Beach access is quick and easy from the house- a huge plus when taking kids and their 2733739952 million things!! You can tell that the owners really thought out what items families traveling would need/want- and it makes a vacation SO much more enjoyable! Leeann and Marty went so far and beyond on communication with us, even on evenings/weekends- they were always reachable for questions. Our family is already talking about when we can come back to this fabulous house! Thanks so much for making a trip with kids less stressful and more FUN!

Amazing

Do not hesitate on this house! We had an amazing time. The house has everything you need! From chairs to everything for the kitchen. It was so nice to have the pool serviced midweek and they even cleaned up everything in the yard. Short walk to the beach and close to so many good restaurants! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

The house has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation, the owners are quick to respond and stayed in touch during Tropical Storm Isaias. The pool is perfect and backyard is ideal for lounging after the beach. Great location and close to many attractions. Don’t hesitate, book this house if you find it open.

Abundant hospitality!

Will Do It Again!

What a vacation home Sand, Sun and Fun was for us! Cannot get over all the extra and convenient things provided for their renters. Everything from a beach cart to beach towels, bath and cosmetic items (Kleenex, bath tissue and soap), vacuums, and a well-stocked kitchen with a great coffee maker! Loved the location and the pool was soooo very nice. We enjoyed every minute and will rent again as soon as our children find out when school will begin in 2020! Thank You for the wonderful memories.

Heaven on the beach 2019

The property was spotless, everything you need while vacationing was available, the owner put a lot of time and effort in to ensure we were home away from home. It was a spectacular space 2 min away from the beach, close to food and activities, but far enough to have quiet and privacy. The pool, backyard, and game room was relaxing and inviting. We would definitely recommend this home and certainly will visit again.
