It had lots of gathering space both inside and out, with a secure fence for the dogs and walkable neighborhood. The boat launch was easily accessible (4 houses down), and we docked our boat behind the house with no issues. We were able to paddleboard/kayak easily from the house. The kitchen was well appointed, and all was clean. Basement space perfect for storing all our gear, and the pingpong table got lots of use! Only improves - Add cleats to the dock to tie the boat more easily, add curtains / blinds to the downstairs western facing windows - the sun was blinding when we sat to eat at 6 or so, and provide a dustpan so we could clean after ourselves more easily.
