« L’appartement est très bien. L’hôte très sympathique et disponible. Il réagit vite en cas de problème. Le seul problème (indépendant de l’hôte) est que c’est proche de la gare de train. Les trains klaxonnent fort à toute heure, et on les entend bien. Si vous y allez pour plusieurs jours, c’est ok; on s’habitue. Mais pour un court séjour ça peut être problématique si vous êtes sensible au bruit. »

« Room was clean and well stocked. Newly remodeled room and building. Conveniently located downtown. Secure neighborhood. Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Only areas needing improvement were hotter water temperature of water out of shower and better perimeter security. An exterior door was noted to be ajar at one point. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. »

« Endroit en retrait du Centre ville qui a besoin de beaucoup d'amour: tapis sales et usés, notre fenêtre de chambre craquée a été reparée avec du papier collant, les lingea de toilettes tombent en lambeau, l'air conditionné est bruyant et on entend le train siffler régulièrement. Le pire rapport qualité-prix que j'ai connu. »

« Un personnel épouvantable : déclassement de chambre par rapport à celle réservée et payée (certes sur expédia) et pour seule compensation des points sur le programme de fidélité Ramada Whindam… vous ajoutez à ça une chambre ou l’on se demande si elle est propre avec une Clim qui laisse une marre d’eau, un sol qui interroge, un établissement qui mériterait une sérieuse rénovation ! Et un personnel qui devrait retourner en formation pour apprendre la relation client »

"Our stay was perfect! The staff – whether at reception, in the bar and restaurant, at the luggage counter or in housekeeping – were patient and understanding despite the language barrier; they were always smiling and friendly, and we left feeling truly delighted! I’m just deducting one star because the booking stated that breakfast was included, but we had to pay for every breakfast (and there was no mention on the menu of what was included or not). Thanks again to the whole team – it was truly perfect! I’ll definitely be back!"
