"I loved our room- it was perfect for us. The a/c was cold, the sheets were soft, blackout curtains were amazing!!! There was a private balcony you could sit out on and the bathroom was perfect with extra storage under the sink. I was traveling with my children, so the extra space was nice. Breakfast was delicious! They don’t salt the food much, so you have to put salt on it yourself. The coffee machine was my favorite. Great coffee. They had eggs and sausage every morning with pastries, croissants, all kinds of custards and tarts. They had jams, honey, and Nutella to add to your breads. They had cereal and cheeses and deli meats. The cheese was my favorite. There’s orange slices and watermelon and green juice and orange juice. There’s a bunch of breads too. My kids favorite part of the trip was breakfast (and we did awesome tours). They play American music while you eat. We listened to a lighter version of Whitney Houston this morning. Creature comforts of home. It was nice. The staff was super helpful- there’s a laundromat very close by and they told me where to go for dinner and entertainment. They are ALWAYS at the front desk. The ladies who cleaned the room was great. The beds were made tightly and they would bring new soaps as we needed them without us asking. They were on top of it! I liked having a safe in the room and a bench to put my stuff on. The hotel is very close to some convenience stores and in an intersection where all the Ubers come through. Great!!"

"The bed was a bit short for me at 6’2”. Otherwise a good option. I would return for another visit. "

"The main reason for booking was that we had a very late arriving flight and this hotel was minutes walk from the metro and had a 24 hour reception. Receptionist was very welcoming even at 1am. Quiet hotel and room comfortable and clean. Big fluffy towels and plenty of hot water. Room is basic. We would of appreciated proper coffee cups in the room and a soap dish. There was only small lamps in the room so it felt very dark when the curtains were shut. The tap water was never cold so a fridge would have been nice to chill water. Would not hesitate to recommend to others."

"Upon check-in the reception team was really kind and helpful. Overall, throughout my stay the reception was always very smiley and happy to help which was lovely. I found the room delightfully spacious and the bed comfortable; it’s on the harder side but I don’t like soft beds. The AC was strong enough to make the room a comfortable temperature. There were also ample plugs for charging devices which was great, especially by the desk. The pool is small and there aren’t many chairs. If you want one, you should get there early. However there are also several seats on the restaurant terrace that many use to relax and that’s ok as well. Unfortunately, there also were children not obeying the pool rules and not looked after by their parents which was quite frustrating. Despite this, the rooftop is a nice area to relax and the gentlemen working the rooftop bar were very kind and had a good attitude. The breakfast had amazing variety and the fresh fruits were fantastic as was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel breakfast! It’s also very helpful that they post a chart of how crowded the breakfast is likely to be and that you can take your coffee to go :) Overall, after this third visit, if I’m ever back in Porto I will make sure to check out the price for this hotel. For this stay it was fantastic value for money and suited my needs very well. The breakfast upcharge for once was really worth it and I will make sure to add that on if I’m back."
