"I reserved a room with 2 beds, They gave me ONE and said my son could sleep on the sofa. It wasn't sofa bed, just a half sofa. There were also Bodily fluids found on the sheets and makeup on the pillows. OMG horrible"

"Was very loud. Your staff did not enforce your own rules and you had kids running around after 10 pm. The pool area was chaotic with kids breaking most of the rules. All the staff had to do was enforce you own rules and regulations."

"Went during their remodel so some stuff was a mess. Hopefully the rooms get updated. Breakfast was decent. Some stuff was cold or undercooked. Location was perfect getting to Boston. "

"The hotel is undergoing renovations. We may have been on a floor that had yet to be renovated. A lamp and a charger were unplugged. But the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again. "

"This was probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and for around 150$ a night in Boston you cannot beat it. We were welcomed in with warm chocolate chip nut cookies that were delicious and great customer service. The staff are extremely willing to help out. The pool was nice and warm and saltwater I believe which was nice. The hot tub was nice also. The only thing I would critique is the parking. I’m not sure if there was a free parking option or not but if you wanted to park in the garage it’s upwards of 40$. But considering the price of the room it’s not a terrible upcharge for what you are getting. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel experience in the end."
