We had an issue with the outer door not locking properly and they responded to my message FAST and had someone look at it same day. This is the second visit to this wonderful studio apartment on a quiet street in Medford. The first time we moved our child into Tufts. This most recent visit was for Parents & Family Weekend. On both occasions the space was ready for our visit. It was clean and cozy - everything we needed for a great visit. The location is close to High Street, so plenty of places to eat nearby. Tufts is a short drive away as well. Maria is so responsive. Any questions we had were answered right away! The check-in/check-out process couldn't be easier. This will be our go-to location for when we visit Medford. Thanks for a great visit, Maria! We'll be back. ##### Scott R. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, and it was just a short walk to town for coffee or dinner (there are many restaurants to choose from). We spent a day in Salem (a 35 min uber ride away) and a day exploring Boston's North End, and squeezed in a short hike in the nearby forest in Medford. Directions and all communication from the owners was very timely and clear. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Cathy F.
