Our host was very helpful and communicative, both before and during our stay. He made himself available at all times. Both the house and the neighborhood were quiet—high value for us. The parking was free and off-street. The suite was roomy and pleasantly decorated, and had everything we wanted/needed. The bed was very comfortable! The refrigerator was larger than we expected (“small,” not “mini”). That—combined with the microwave, toaster, Keurig, hot pot, and dishes/utensils—made it possible for us to bring our own breakfasts (and one supper) there and eat them at a table. Keypads made entrances easy and we felt safe, especially since there was also an interior chain door latch in the suite. The space was perfect for my daughter and me who were traveling to the Boston area. Everything we needed was within walking distance or could be accessed by bus. Our hosts were gracious and helpful. We felt very well cared for. The house is close to a main street for ease of travel, but it is very quiet. We were visiting our daughters in Cambridge, which was about a 20 minute drive. You will need a car if you stay in this house. They provide a microwave, coffee, snacks, a fridge full of juice, yogurt, and water as well as plates and silverware if you want to bring in your own dinner.
