Would definitely return and stay here! The accommodations were fantastic, the area felt extremely safe and the breakfast selection exceeded my expectations.
Although, the car park is not exclusive to the hotel there is private access to the hotel with no safety concern. There was also plenty of parking that was available on the street ($0) between 10pm - 8am & $2.50/hour outside of the posted times.

This hotel is in a very convenient spot in Downtown Chicago. It's less than 4 minutes walking from Lasalle Station (blue line),Harrison Station (red line), and several bus lines. That means you can reach all the city's attractions quite easily. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is simple but beautiful and clean (the lobby and sitting area are both really nice). The room was cozy with a great view. Absolutely every corner of the room and the...

The concierge staff, especially Andres were amazing! They helped us check in on a full house day and made some great recommendations for places to check out in Chicago

The room is in Chinatown on a busy but quiet thoroughfare. The El station (Red Line) is only a couple of blocks away.
The shower had great water pressure; the room was quite clean and spacious

Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. It's proximity to the L had its pros and cons. The only con being the noise but it was so minimal that you only heard it while sitting on the window...

It wasn't until We arrived at the location I get notice of a Deposit Required before they would let us in or even give us the room number… They WILL NOT TALK WITH YOU ON THE PHONE… text only 🙄 finally i had to send proof of ID to prove I was from another country and it was only after I emailed my...
