"They lied about the room availability and sold be a more expensive room when I got there. I had to pay extra and on top of that they tax you for each night and thus the total goes up tremendously by the end of it. They will later play a blame game between expedia and themselves. "Was hoping for a lagoon view room as that's what I booked and they put me in a pool view room which we were told would be ready between 3:30-4 and we didn't get in our room until 4:30 and a trip to the concierge to check on our room. Room was ok, looked like they rushed to clean it though. Beds were very hard and both me and my wife's backs were hurting, but some people like stiff beds so it's a preference more then negative. Pool was nice but not sure if it was due to it being somewhat windy that the side bar closed early. Overall not a bad stay, but do wish it could have been better. Lobby is gorgeous. Not one person working there was rude at all."
