"Nice interior however “private plunge pool” in terrible condition. Roof top pool in good condition. Access to hotel in terrible condition. Few towels provided nor dish washing soap etc not provided. Gym equipment in fair condition. In general acceptable but not dont come with grand expectations of a Marriott property"

"We had such an amazing stay at this hotel in Tulum the entire property was spotless from the rooms to the pool area, which made it feel incredibly relaxing and well cared for. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with a smile and helping with anything we needed. It truly made our trip unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back again."

"The spa pool in the room is cold, unfortunely we did not enjoy the pool at all during the stay because it wasnt warm water, although we did use the hot jacouzi out side, but since we paid for the room in the pool and didnt use it at all it was a little upsetting and it was also dirty. Another thing i wish it was an all inclusive for the price we paid almost $2,000 for our stay and no food included. That was a bummer. Other than that i will say it a very nice hotel. They kept our room clean, staff was lovely, very kind, and they always made sure to come around to ask if we needed anything. "

"Great pricing for the unit Incredible size Perfect for what we were looking for. Only con We stayed 2 weeks and there is no maid service. So had to make sure to keep unit tidy ourselves. We made it work, but having someone pop in after first week to just freshen up the place would have been great. "
