"Parsa was FANTASTIC! He was extremely helpful with explaining directions, where to dine, how to get from one place to another, & attractions what to be aware of and more 😊. He was very professional, courteous & took time talking to us. A great asset to the hotel. The hotel is very close to Gail’s Bakery plus others for breakfast & a yummy Italian restaurant 3 doors down for lunch or dinner. A Tesco is 5 minutes away where u can purchase grocery items & prices are fair. Super location😃"

What I liked… Great location for central London Staff were friendly and helpful Competitively priced What could improve… Windows didn’t have safety locks on Needs updating/general refurbishing Needed an extra pillow on the bed I used it for visiting the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and found it a great stop over for a few days, good value for money. "Lovely, welcoming staff also very accommodating to special requests (e.g. different pillow, more hangers). The room was front-facing, as I had requested, and had great views of the street and the sky. It was basic, no-frills accommodation, and priced accordingly. Definitely value for money. I've stayed at many of the hotels on this street and this is definitely one of my favourites. I would choose it again, for sure."

"Lovely decor and very clean. I booked a single room which was small but had everything you needed for a short stay. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was modern and well fitted. The only downside was that it was on the 4th floor with no lift which could be challenging if you had heavy luggage "
