The staff are friendly and accommodating. They are also very generous and lenient with water. The rooms are complete with kitchen, washing machine etc. Likewise the building is clean and modern interior design and building. Furthermore, it is very accessible to all the tourist spots.
I booked a deluxe double room and a triple room. The rooms are large, clean and well-equipped. All staff are helpful and pleasant, they kindly arrange our requests effectively. The hotel is very close to subway where many restaurants nearby. I must consider to stay again in this hotel and highly recommend to all travellers!
Great quality hotel for the price. Only negative was the cramped bathroom but room quality was good for a single person stay. Unmatched value, wished i booked it more during its special offers. Location is 10 min walk from subway. Good alternative to Chungmuro area since its 20 minutes walking. Would stay again!
We stayed here twice during our time in Korea. The first time was for four nights. The second time was for two nights. This is a small local hotel. The rooms are the smaller size of the orient. The shower is the entire bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They stored one of our bags while we did a trip to another city. The rooms are clean and it was cleaned promptly each day. They provided everything we needed, shampoo, body wash, soap, hair dryer. The closet is small but it held our clothes okay. There was tea and coffee in the room along with a refrigerator. One side of our double bed was against the wall. The room had sufficient plugs to recharge our phones and computer. Breakfast consisted of egg, cereals, orange juice, bread or toast, and muffins.
We found the ibis Ambassador to be in an ideal location for sightseeing. There are two metro stations within a couple of blocks, giving you access to four subway lines that connects you to pretty much the whole city. In addition, Insadong is very close by and the City Hall, Bukchon, and palaces are all in walking distance.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was pleasant and clean with a lovely view of Namsan Tower and the hanoks, and although vending machines were only in the basement, a free water cooler was available on our floor. There are multiple coffee shops and convenience stores on the street, numerous Korean restaurants close by, and most fast food outlets are a 10-15 minute walk away through Insadong.
We would definitely stay here again.
Place was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. Getting there was a little difficult because we got off the bus at the wrong stop but if we got off at the right stop directions would have been very clear except the hotel name that you turn into the alley is now called venue g not seven street.
