"I always try and opt for this hotel when flying from Heathrow. The rooms are a little on the small side but always clean and functional. Always a bottle of water placed in the room as well as tea and coffee. Bed is comfortable. The only slight issue is that the cost of the rooms have gone up quite a bit but to be fair so have a lot of other Airport hotels. I would always opt for this hotel!"

"The room was clean and tidy was disappointed with shower as it kept clogging up and water wasnt flowing freely. Good spa area. There wasn't much plant base choices/varieties, one of the staff was not accommaditing regarding this matter it was very disappointing & disheartening. Other staffs were very nice & friendly."
