This is a fairly new hotel so it is easy to confuse it with the older round one a bit further up the Bath road, double check your navigation because if you put the actual street address and number you will be taken miles out of your way. It is a very long hotel with a lot of rooms so if you're room number is 40 or higher be prepared for a very long walk to the from the reception. Also the parking is at the back, and although there are doors leading to the hotel they are locked, so you have a very long walk from the car park to the front of the hotel room then another long walk to the room, good luck in the wind and rain.
