The property is huge, a mile away from the airport, pool area looked pretty but was closed, room needed renovations and could have been cleaner when we arrived. The coffee in room was not replenished for 2nd day. Not enough charging spots. Light switches were connected to multiple lights. (You turn the bathroom light on and a light in the room went on as well in the middle of the night) It was just ok.

Upon checkout, I requesed a taxi to Terminal 2. The clerk got on the telephone and told me the taxi would arive in 10 minutes. The car arrived, and I loaded my 94 year old mother and our luggage into the car. Once out on the highway I asked where the meter was. The driver explained that the hotel had ordered a flat rate - 25 pounds!! The drive to Terminal 2 was not more than 6 minutes. According to Google, the hotel is 5157 feet from Heathrow Terminal 2. Nearly exactly 1 mile, or 1.5 km. Never did I agree to pay 25 pounds to drive 5157 feet, nor would I have. I requested a taxi and was given a 'flat rate' car and driver that was at least 3 times what it should have cost. The hotel was fine - beds comfortable, incredible Indian restaurant. I don't like being ripped off. No excuses. I won't be back.

This property was great! You see Big Ben as soon as you step out the main doors. The only down fall is our room didn’t have an outside view.
